Day 1. Spain / Helsinki / Rovaniemi / Santa Claus Village

Airport check-in. Check-in procedures. Departure on a regular flight to Rovaniemi (via Helsinki). Arrival. Meeting with our guide and transfer to the Santa Claus Village, where the Santa Claus Holiday Village cabins are located (approx. 5 minutes). Arrival. Day 2. Santa Claus Village - Snowmobile Safari

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Today we will embark on one of the most spectacular excursions of the trip, a snowmobile safari. We will be provided with helmets and gloves, and after receiving instructions from the guides, we will start our snowmobile ride. The adults will drive the snowmobiles (2 people per snowmobile), while the children will ride in a sled pulled by the guide's snowmobile. During the journey, we will experience the power of these machines and enjoy the nature at its finest, with the frozen river and the typical snowy Lapland forests. Along the way, we will have a snack around a campfire with sausages and drinks. Return to the hotel and free afternoon, during which you can participate in an optional karting excursion.

Day 3. Santa Claus Village - Husky Safari and Arktikum Museum

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. We will begin our adventure today by transferring to a husky farm, where these gentle friends will be eagerly waiting to embark on their journey. After equipping the dogs with harnesses and preparing the different teams (4-6 dogs per sled), we will start our sled ride. The guides will teach us how to handle the sleds. Well-trained huskies can pull up to seven times their own weight. We will experience the speed through the beautiful white Lapland landscapes... Light lunch during the excursion. Day 4. Santa Claus Village - Santapark and Reindeer Farm

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will embark on the excursion that all the children have been waiting for. We will be transferred by coach to a secret location in the forest where we will experience an incredible Christmas adventure: a visit to Santapark, where Christmas is celebrated all year round! Upon arrival, we will realize that it is a place straight out of a fairy tale, where every detail is taken care of. We will explore this magical world with the help of the elves, participate in the Elf School, and if we pass the tests, we will receive a diploma. We will taste delicious gingerbread cookies, visit the Ice Gallery, take a ride on the "Magic Train," and send wishes from the Elf Post Office. Afterward, we can enjoy fun outdoor activities such as tobogganing, troll dancing, snow scooters, and more. Then, family by family, we will be guided to a cabin where the biggest surprise awaits us: Santa Claus himself will privately greet each family and spend some time with us. Each child will receive a gift. We will conclude this unique experience by enjoying lunch at the Santapark restaurant. A nuestra llegada recogeremos los trajes térmicos que podremos usar durante toda la estancia en Laponia. Una vez instalados degustaremos una deliciosa cena en el restaurante del hotel. Alojamiento.

Día 2. Aldea de Santa Claus - Safari en motos de nieve

Desayuno buffet en el hotel. En el día de hoy realizaremos una de las excursiones más espectaculares del viaje, un safari en moto de nieve. Para ello, nos proveerán de cascos y guantes y tras las instrucciones de los guías, iniciaremos nuestro paseo en moto de nieve. Los adultos conduciremos las motos (2 personas por moto) y los niños viajan en un trineo que arrastra la moto de nieve del guía. Durante el trayecto podremos sentir la potencia de estas máquinas y disfrutar de la naturaleza en su mayor esplendor, con el río helado y los bosques nevados típicos lapones. Durante la excursión disfrutaremos de un tentempié alrededor de una hoguera con salchichas y bebida. Regreso al hotel y tarde libre durante la cual pueden realizar una excursión opcional de karting.

Día 3. Aldea de Santa Claus - Safari de huskies y Museo Arktikum

Desayuno buffet en el hotel. Comenzaremos nuestra aventura de hoy trasladándonos a una granja de huskies, donde estos dóciles amigos nos estarán esperando ansiosos de realizar su recorrido. Después de equipar a los perros con los arneses y preparar los diferentes equipos (4-6 perros por tineo) iniciaremos nuestro paseo en trineo. Los guías nos enseñarán como manejarlos. Los huskies bien entrenados pueden tirar de hasta siete veces su propio peso. Podremos experimentar la velocidad por los bellos paisajes blancos lapones… Almuerzo ligero durante la excursión. Resto de la tarde libre para disfrutar de la Aldea o realizar las visitas para las que disponen entradas: Museo Arktikum. El Museo Arktikum (entrada incluida) es uno de los museos más famosos de la ciudad. Ya el edificio es admirable, con una arquitectura única, podréis aprender sobre la cultura y la tradición sami, así como la historia de la ciudad. Cena en el restaurante del complejo. Alojamiento.

Día 4. Aldea de Santa Claus - Santapark y granja de renos

Desayuno buffet en el hotel. Hoy realizaremos la excursión que todos los niños están esperando. Nos trasladaremos en autocar hasta un lugar secreto del bosque donde viviremos una experiencia navideña increíble: ¡la visita de SantaPark, donde la Navidad se celebra todo el año! Cuando lleguemos nos daremos cuenta de que es un lugar de puro cuento donde todo está cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. Descubriremos con los elfos este mundo mágico, participaremos en la escuela de elfos y si superamos las pruebas recibiremos un diploma, probaremos las deliciosas galletas de jengibre, visitaremos la galería de hielo, daremos un paseo en el “Tren Mágico”, y podremos enviar deseos desde La Oficina de Correos de los Elfos. Santa Claus Holiday Village

Santa Claus has built his own cabin complex next to his house, right on the Arctic Circle in Rovaniemi. The complex was inaugurated in the summer of 2011 and features over 144 apartments. Each standard apartment, suitable for a family of 2 adults and up to 2 children, has an area of 35 m² and consists of 2 beds (90 cm * 200 cm) and a sofa bed of 145 cm, suitable for 2 children. It includes heating, a bathroom with shower, sauna, fully equipped kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. For larger families, it is possible to request a complete cabin (2 interconnected apartments that allow passage from one to the other without the need to go outside). The accommodation includes bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, and complimentary sleds and snow scooters in each cabin. The superior cabins offer a touch of higher quality. The cabin size is slightly larger, 38 m². Additionally, the rooms are decorated with materials and craftsmanship from Lapland. The superior cabins provide bathrobes, slippers, daily cleaning, and luggage transfer to and from the cabin upon arrival and departure from the complex. The complex is located in the Santa Claus Village itself, just 200 m from the house of the most famous character in Lapland, 6 km from the center of Rovaniemi, and 5 minutes from the airport.

The prices of the snowmobile and sleigh activities are based on two people sharing the vehicle.
The minimum age for driving snowmobiles is 18 years old. Children under the age limit will ride in a sled pulled by the guide's snowmobile, based on their weight and height. It is mandatory to have a valid European driver's license for cars in order to drive the snowmobiles and carry it at the time of the excursion.
All snowmobiles have comprehensive insurance with a deductible of €1000, for which each participant is responsible in case of an accident.
Due to weather conditions (snow or ice accumulation) and for safety reasons, the excursions may experience changes in itineraries, duration, or even cancellations without prior notice.
When the group size is large, it may be divided into smaller groups, making the operation simpler and more comfortable for passengers. Therefore, the schedule or order of services on excursions may be altered for this reason, without modifying the overall content of the excursion. Your local guides will inform you in advance of the schedules of your excursions.
The organizer does not guarantee weather conditions, snow or ice accumulation to carry out the offered excursions or safaris. In the event that force majeure prevents the realization of any excursion and it must be canceled, an alternative activity will be carried out or the amount will be refunded upon return; either in full if the activity is canceled or partially reduced if the conditions do not allow for its complete realization.
Smoking in accommodations where it is not allowed carries high fines, which can amount up to 4500 euros per person.
The client is responsible for the keys to the cabins. In case of loss, compensation will be requested.
